Following our recent Leadership Event, we continued our “Our Call to Service” theme by bringing together staff from across the Trust.

Dave Keeling opened the day with The Neuroscience of Humour, delivering an inspiring and energising session on engagement and motivation. His enthusiasm was infectious, getting everyone up on their feet and fully involved.

The event then moved into focused sessions:

• Fintan O’Regan, Behaviour and Learning specialist and ADHD and neurodiversity consultant, led a thought‑provoking discussion on “Can’t Learn, Won’t Learn and Catch Me If You Can” with our Heads, SLT, Teachers and TAs.
• Gavin Baker, Education Lead in Harrow, facilitated a session on Managing Difficult Conversation and Arbor, delivered Finding Solutions with our Admin teams.

The day was positive, engaging, and collaborative, giving staff from all schools the opportunity to connect and learn together.
