IT Consultant within the public sector, Project Management of large infrastructure projects.

Worked on large scale IT programmes across multiple sectors with experience in business management, change management, sales, programme and service delivery across different industry sectors including the education sector. Active engagement in Parish life including a  children's liturgy catechist in the parish for many years.

Extensive experience as a Chair of Governors.

A Diocesan Foundation Governor for 10+ years, and  Chair at St Josephs.  He has served on all committees and participated at some point in all committees.

Headteacher of The Sacred Heart Language College for the past 16 years.

Building upon time as a Head of English Department and Head of year has undertaken various roles as a senior leader in Catholic education.

NPH Qualification. Headship since 2007. Establishment of BHFCAT and all policies and systems to make the Trust effective. Mentoring of Headteachers. Leading on training re. teaching and learning, safeguarding and leadership. Previous experience as a Senior School Improvement Advisor in a London local authority for primary and secondary schools. Review, training, and support for LGBs at primary and secondary level. 

Worked for local authority as senior school improvement adviser.  Attached adviser to a range of primary and secondary schools. Had led school inspections across both phases.

Accredited school improvement partner. Worked with a range of governing bodies on Headteacher performance management.

Experience of providing training for governing bodies on aspects of their role including self evaluation and the use of data.

As Headteacher sits on all committees of the governing body at The Sacred Heart.

Head of Sustainability and Data Insight in the Finance and Resources Directorate of Westminster City Council. 

Career progression as manager in and across London Boroughs, London Development Agency and Whitbread PLC, In-depth experience of running Divisional support functions, instigating and leading challenging, new and novel projects to successful conclusions. Extensive experience as a member of a governing body.

A parishioner of Wealdstone Parish. Foundation Governor at St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School, chair personal development & wellbeing and achievement Committees, lead governor for maths and SEN, member steering and pay committees, also chaired the resources committee. Member of the GB team presenting at Ofsted inspection.
